JOB DESCRIPTION
Payroll Operations & SLA Delivery
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing (regular, off-cycle, and special payroll runs) and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement
- Oversee and ensure accurate employee time records, including attendance and overtime
- Ensure payroll cycles meet SLA, TAT, quality, and compliance metrics
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements, payroll controls and audit requirements
- Assist in the preparation and submission of month-end reports and schedules
Statutory and Labor Compliance
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with DOLE labor standards and payroll regulations
- Assist in the statutory contributions and government reporting for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
- Support BIR all BIR reporting requirements (annualization, alphalist, BIR 2316, and year-end filings
Service Delivery & Stakeholders Support
- Provide payroll support to employees and stakeholders via shared services channels
- Collaborate with other HR Teams, Finance, and vendor partners for data alignment and process resolution
- Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management within defined service governance
Systems, Controls & Continuous Optimization
- Use payroll systems, HRIS/HRMS, and shared services tools for processing, tracking, and reporting
- Support standardization, automation, self-service adoption, and shared services optimization initiatives
- Maintain control documentation, SOPs, workflows, and knowledge articles in shared services repositories
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive payroll background, minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Expertise in payroll systems (HRIS) and manual payroll processes
- Exposure to Total Rewards and benefits administration is an advantage
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software and manual payroll process is essential
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
