Job Description

The Office Administration Intern supports CRM and Operations teams by maintaining accurate administrative trackers, monitoring consultant-related requirements, assisting in invoice and payment tracking, and providing coordination support for prize requests and approvals. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely follow-ups to keep CRM operations efficient and organized.

What you will do:

  • Maintain and update the CRM filing tracker accurately and on a regular basis
  • Track and monitor invoices from multiple consultants
  • Assist in following up with approvers to ensure invoice due dates under the CRM cost center are manageable and sufficient
  • Coordinate consultant-related administrative needs, especially access pass requests
  • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the team
