Job Summary
Provides administrative support to the sales team by managing sales records, processing orders, generating reports, and handling client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer databases and sales records
Process orders, prepare invoices, and update client records (CRM)
Generate sales reports and assist in monitoring KPIs and forecasts
Assist in presentations, proposals, and contracts
Handle client inquiries and after-sales concerns
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
