The Opportunity at a GlanceJoin a growing business in the FMCG and beverage distribution industry, supporting logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations across multiple locations. This role sits within the Operations team, focusing on back-office coordination—ensuring inventory is accurate, systems are up to date, and logistics processes run smoothly.
You'll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, ERP data integrity, and supply chain coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working across inventory systems, logistics workflows, and operational data.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Maintain accurate inventory balances across multiple locations through:
- Stock transfers
- Adjustments and journal entries
- Monitor distributor inventory via portals and initiate stock transfers where required
- Arrange logistics including shipment, collection, and delivery of goods and samples
- Support stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
- Review logistics and warehouse invoices for accuracy
- Create and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in the ERP system
- Maintain and update data across ERP and CRM systems
- Ensure order flow from third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify) into ERP systems
- Assist in managing intercompany (IC) stock transfers
- Support import/export coordination, including:
- Documentation
- Tracking shipments
- Updating stakeholders on delivery timelines
- Monitor and manage promotional stock items (e.g. packaging, materials)
- Support general operational and order processing tasks
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:(Non-negotiable requirements)
- Are based in the Philippines
- Have experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory-related roles
- Have hands-on experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms (e.g. SAGE or similar)
- Have strong understanding of:
- Stock movements
- Inventory reconciliation
- Stocktake processes
- Have high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Are comfortable working with large datasets and system updates
- Have strong problem-solving skills and can investigate discrepancies
- Can work independently and manage multiple operational tasks
What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
- Experience in an FMCG or distribution environment
- Experience with ERP systems like SAGE
- Exposure to import/export logistics processes
- Experience with Shopify, Zoudello, or similar platforms
- Experience coordinating with 3PL providers or warehouses
- Strong process improvement mindset
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
