Job Summary:
We are looking for a User Operations to manage the full user lifecycle, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. This role focuses on driving user growth, improving engagement, and enhancing overall user satisfaction through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full user lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and win-back of inactive users.
- Develop and implement user growth strategies based on annual business goals.
- Design and optimize user segmentation strategies and membership/loyalty programs.
- Build and improve user tier and reward systems to increase engagement and retention.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as registration, conversion rate, active rate, and retention rate.
- Analyze user behavior data and propose optimization plans to improve performance.
- Plan and execute online campaigns and promotional activities to boost user activity.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine user operation strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in user operations, growth operations, or related roles.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn insights into action plans.
- Familiar with user lifecycle management and user segmentation strategies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
Preferred:
- Experience in online platforms, gaming, entertainment, social media, or e-commerce industries.
- Familiar with CRM systems or user operation tools.
