We're seeking Network Engineers to join Singtel Philippines while providing critical support to Singtel Singapore operations. This is your chance to be part of a regional team that connects people, businesses, and communities across the Singtel Group.

About the role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Monitor SD-WAN network performance using network management and monitoring tools
• Provide Level 1 support for SD-WAN-related incidents, alerts, and service requests
• Perform initial troubleshooting of connectivity, routing, and performance issues
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams
• Assist in the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of SD-WAN devices
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
• Support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (NOC, Engineering, Security) and external vendors when necessary
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and incident response timelines

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or relevant program
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

Preferred but not required:

• Exposure to SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Cisco SD-WAN, Fortinet, VMware VeloCloud)
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)
• Basic understanding of firewalls and security principles
• Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent
