Job Purpose
You will manage, grow, and service Motorcycle Retail accounts by ensuring strong relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving renewals, collections, and overall account performance. This role requires a mix of relationship management, servicing, sales, and coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned Motorcycle Retail accounts and meet sales and enrollment targets
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products
- Monitor account profitability and ensure compliance with servicing standards
- Handle onboarding of new accounts, contracts, and documentary requirements (KYC, DPA, AMLA)
- Track enrollments, sales, billing, and collections
- Coordinate claims follow-through and ensure turnaround time is met
- Drive renewal initiatives and collaborate for marketing strategies
- Conduct regular fieldwork and trade checks
- Participate in planning, PPA processes, and staff development as applicable
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors degree course.
- 3+ years in account management, Motor insurance sales, or automotive sales
- Proven record in sales, cross-selling/upselling, and customer servicing
- Experience in onboarding accounts, contract/document management, collections
- Background in marketing is an advantage
- Strong compliance, relationship management, and fieldwork experience
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Willingness to work in a full onsite setup and to do fieldwork
