Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accounting Supervisor based in Cebu, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and utilize accounting software to maintain financial records. Responsibilities will also include performing financial analysis, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards as well as tax and government compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance-related tasks
• Experience with Accounting Software and other financial tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 1 year of supervisory work experience
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
