Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

Salary Range: $1,213 to $1,560 per month

As a Media Buyer, you'll manage and scale advertising across Meta and Google, helping grow a company that makes a real difference. If you're data-focused, strong in digital marketing, and enjoy working closely with a fast-moving founder, this role offers meaningful impact and ownership.

What You'll Do

  • Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Track daily performance, including ROAS, cost per acquisition, and other key metrics
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, calls to action, and targeting
  • Work closely with the founder to adjust strategies based on performance and business needs
  • Use tools like Meta Pixel to guide retargeting and behavior-based optimizations
  • Recommend funnel strategies, such as awareness campaigns followed by conversion-focused retargeting
  • Explore new ad placement opportunities, including WhatsApp and podcasts
  • Report on performance trends and proactively suggest improvements
  • Ensure campaigns stay aligned with brand goals and resonate with the right audience

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a small, purpose-driven team focused on scaling a high-impact eCommerce brand. Most collaboration will be directly with the founder, who values initiative, creativity, and clear communication.

Who We're Looking For

  • Ad Buying Experience: 3+ years working with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a proven track record of building and scaling campaigns
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to evaluate different approaches and confidently suggest ideas
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Comfortable navigating dashboards, testing variables, and analyzing campaign data
  • Collaborative: Open to frequent communication, including daily check-ins
  • Clear Communicator: Shares updates simply and transparently
  • Bonus (Not Required): Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms, and interest in mission-driven brands
