As a
Brand & Growth Marketing Associate, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of SPX marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. You will work closely with senior marketers and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to both brand strategy and performance marketing.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing campaign initiatives and seeing through the executions including but not limited to performance tracking, reporting and analysis to help the team make data-driven decisions
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing Support
- Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (paid media, partnerships, KOL activations, OOH, events, etc.)
- Assist in coordinating campaign rollouts, timelines, and asset requirements
- Help ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across channels
- Track and document campaign performance and learning
- Growth & Lead Generation
- Support growth marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Assist in executing and monitoring paid and organic campaigns across key channels
- Help set up and track experiments, A/B tests, and pilot campaigns
- Monitor funnel metrics and flag opportunities for optimization
- Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Create, update, and maintain performance dashboards to track marketing KPIs
- Pull data from multiple sources and ensure reporting accuracy
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
- Help translate data into clear insights and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the marketing team and management
- Support senior team members with analysis and presentation materials
- Share insights, learnings, and recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Maintain documentation of marketing results and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
- Demonstrated experience or training in brand marketing, growth experiments, analytics, or digital campaigns
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance analytics
- Strong interest in brand marketing, growth marketing, and data analysis
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) or third party social media monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Emplifi, Talkwalker, Meltwater)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing funnels
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience supporting offline or on-ground marketing activations
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
- Experience in logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or on-demand businesses
