The Marketing Manager (Cyberzone Marketing) is responsible in obtaining market research such as current trends in their niche and the needs and desires of consumers, planning and implementing marketing strategies. Oversee a company's marketing department staff. They ensure the team is effectively promoting the company and its merchandise and targeting the correct and appropriate audience in their campaigns.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and develop compelling marketing strategies to strengthen, establish, and achieve overall brand objectives.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Keep a comprehensive log of all monthly spending across activities falling under cost centers to ensure budget management.
- Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- With at least 5 years of related experience: Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course: Marketing or related field
- Required skills: MS Office, oral and written communication, decision making, analytical, presentation
WORK LOCATION
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
