Job Description

Salary Range: Php 60,000 - 70,000

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution for organic and paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Use audience insights and platform analytics to inform content, targeting, and ad spend strategies.
  • Execute A/B tests and campaign optimizations to improve engagement, CTR, and conversions.
  • Guide campaign setup, media planning, and optimization
  • Stay current on platform algorithms, features, and best practices to maintain competitive edge.
SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Build and execute SEO strategies focused on technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  • Perform keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis, and content optimization to increase organic visibility.
  • Enhance website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and structured data for search engine performance.
  • Track and report performance via Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Adapt strategy in response to algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.
Paid Search & Programmatic Advertising
  • Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, DV360, and retargeting platforms.
  • Optimize bids, keywords, and audiences to maximize CTR, Quality Score, and ROI.
  • Develop ad copy and landing page strategies that drive conversion and reduce CPA.
  • Leverage automation, audience segmentation, and real-time testing for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, ad formats, and platform innovations to refine strategy.
Video & Display Advertising
  • Lead creation and optimization of video and display ads across Google Ads, YouTube, DV360, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with creatives to produce high-impact video content from concept to delivery.
  • Apply data-driven strategies for placement, targeting, and bidding to drive video engagement and conversions.
  • Use interactive and rich media formats to boost user interaction and campaign results.
Direct Marketing (Email, SMS, CRM)
  • Launch targeted email, SMS, and CRM campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, MoEngage, and Insider.
  • Build segmentation strategies and automation flows to improve engagement and customer retention.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to optimize performance.
  • Monitor direct marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, CLV) to inform future strategy.
Influencer Marketing
  • Plan and manage influencer campaigns, collaborating with creators and KOLs aligned with brand goals.
  • Onboard and negotiate with influencers to ensure high-impact partnerships.
  • Track campaign engagement and ROI using performance analytics and KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, regulations, and emerging platforms.
Leadership
  • Mentor team members in digital marketing strategy, performance optimization, and campaign execution.
  • Identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance team collaboration.
  • Address team needs through regular check-ins, training, and feedback loops.
Pitches & Client Presentations
  • Lead strategic development and contribute digital marketing expertise in client pitches and presentations.
  • Drive ideation sessions to align creative, data, and strategic direction.
  • Present complex strategies and insights in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge & Innovation
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, ad tech, creative strategy, and consulting.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
  • Share insights with internal teams to drive innovation and strategic adaptability.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing across various channels, including social media, search engines, SEO, and paid media.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools, and SEO software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results and contributing to client success.
