Role Description

This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Metro Manila. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role oversees campaign execution, brand consistency, cross functional collaboration, and partner relationships across all marketing channels.

Primary Role: Execution and Channel Leadership

The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of key marketing channels with a strong focus on visibility, engagement, and conversion. This primary role is hands on and execution heavy, ensuring that campaigns are delivered with speed, creativity, and brand consistency.

Social Media, Influencer, E-Commerce and Digital Support

  • Lead social media strategy and daily execution across platforms
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to collaboration and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners
  • Drive e commerce campaigns that support product launches, seasonal moments, and promotions
  • Assist the Website Master in website management, including content updates, campaigns, and basic UX improvements, to ensure a strong and consistent online presence

Secondary Role: Strategy and Performance Analysis

In addition to execution, the Marketing Manager will support higher level planning and evaluation. This secondary role supports long term growth by ensuring marketing efforts are informed, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

  • Analyze overall marketing campaign performance across channels
  • Review sales performance in relation to marketing initiatives
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to marketing strategy development and optimization based on data and results

Qualifications

Required Foundations

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of social media and online content, with hands on experience through school projects, internships, freelance work, or personal initiatives
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast paced environment

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or brand development, whether through professional roles, internships, or academic projects
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic SEO principles
  • Exposure to market research, consumer insights, and trend analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and, over time, take on leadership responsibilities
  • Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is a plus
  • Professional marketing experience of 1 to 3+ years is an advantage, but not required
