Our client company is a startup BPO Company that provides full external service provider support to companies, offering services such as payroll, accounting, telemarketing, data recording/encoding, social media marketing, customer support, and web design/development to help businesses succeed affordably.

Job Overview

This is a contract role for a Sales and Marketing Manager. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Sales Strategy Development, Marketing Strategy Development, and Market Research skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
  • Sales Target Achievement and Sales Forecasting skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of CRM software and analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the BPO Industry for European, U.S, U.K or Australian clients
