Job Description

Nature of Business:

Event Management (Personal, Corporate, and Social/Community Events)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients, brands, agencies, and individuals.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the brand and upcoming events.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Work with Communications Manager and Creatives in making proposals, pitch presentations, and marketing collaterals such as brochures, event decks, videos, and website content.
  • Plan and manage promotional events and trade show participation to increase visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Prepare sales/performance reports and campaign analytics for Event Management Head.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the event management or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, customer relationship management and analytics tools.
  • Strong network in corporate and social event markets is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure.
