Nature of Business:
Event Management (Personal, Corporate, and Social/Community Events)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients, brands, agencies, and individuals.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the brand and upcoming events.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Work with Communications Manager and Creatives in making proposals, pitch presentations, and marketing collaterals such as brochures, event decks, videos, and website content.
- Plan and manage promotional events and trade show participation to increase visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Prepare sales/performance reports and campaign analytics for Event Management Head.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the event management or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, customer relationship management and analytics tools.
- Strong network in corporate and social event markets is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure.
