Role Description
This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Metro Manila. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role oversees campaign execution, brand consistency, cross functional collaboration, and partner relationships across all marketing channels.
Primary Role: Execution and Channel Leadership
The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of key marketing channels with a strong focus on visibility, engagement, and conversion. This primary role is hands on and execution heavy, ensuring that campaigns are delivered with speed, creativity, and brand consistency.
Social Media, Influencer, E-Commerce and Digital Support
Secondary Role: Strategy and Performance Analysis
In addition to execution, the Marketing Manager will support higher level planning and evaluation. This secondary role supports long term growth by ensuring marketing efforts are informed, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
