The Marketing Manager will lead strategic and integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen the positioning, visibility, and commercial success of Robinsons Destination Estates. The role oversees brand strategy, campaign execution, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple large‑scale estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with estate objectives and overall Robinsons Land strategy.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Strengthen the positioning of Destination Estates as fully integrated, master‑planned developments
  • Lead marketing campaigns, events, on‑ground activations, and partnerships.
  • Manage the creation of marketing content that highlights estate features, lifestyle offerings, and community experience.
  • Drive awareness for milestones, estate events, and flagship landmarks.
  • Oversee digital platforms, social media content, and estate communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong background in brand management, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
