What You Will Do
Develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand growth and sales objectives
Plan and oversee campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels
Manage content creation, branding materials, and overall creative direction
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide strategy
Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align messaging and initiatives
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external agencies or creatives
Strengthen brand presence through consistent storytelling and high-impact communication
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries
Strong strategic thinking and creative direction skills
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools
Ability to turn insights into actionable marketing plans
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
