Marketing Manager - Philippines
I'm recruiting on behalf of a growing business that's looking to hire a hands-on Marketing Manager based in the Philippines. This is a practical, results-driven role for someone who can own marketing end-to-end and drive consistent lead flow through smart execution.
The role
You'll take ownership of marketing strategy and delivery across paid, organic and lifecycle channels, with a strong focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email and content
- Build and manage a content calendar (ads, landing pages, socials, email sequences)
- Own paid performance: budgets, testing, optimisation, reporting
- Improve website conversion rates and lead capture (forms, landing pages, offers)
- Track results using GA4/UTMs and provide weekly performance updates
- Coordinate external support (designers, video editors, web devs) as needed
What they're looking for
- 3+ years experience in marketing (Marketing Manager or Senior Specialist level)
- Strong performance marketing capability (Meta Ads + Google Ads ideal)
- Solid analytics mindset (GA4, UTMs, conversion tracking, reporting)
- Strong written English and ability to produce clean, persuasive copy
- Self-starter who can run with tasks and keep momentum without micromanagement
Nice to have
- B2B lead gen experience (services, agencies, recruitment, SaaS)
- Experience with HubSpot / ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo (or similar)
- Canva/Figma basics and comfort directing short-form video
