Health Care Providers Association (HCPA) is a consulting firm helping clients establish and scale businesses across highly regulated industries. We've successfully set up over 12,000 businesses in sectors like NDIS, Aged Care, Childcare, Medicinal Cannabis, and Cosmetic Injectables.
The Role:
We're seeking a Lifecycle Marketer to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end customer journeys. You will manage automated nurture, activation, and re-engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and digital touchpoints, ensuring leads progress smoothly through the funnel while maximising engagement, conversion, and retention.
Location: Remote (Managed via Upwork)
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage automated email/SMS workflows to nurture leads from awareness to conversion.
- Write and test high-converting copy for campaigns and sequences.
- Build segmentation and personalization strategies for targeted messaging.
- Develop retention and reactivation flows, including loyalty and referral programs.
- Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimise for engagement, conversion, and revenue influence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing (B2B or B2C).
- Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting, segmentation, and analytics skills.
- Knowledge of lifecycle frameworks (activation, retention, reactivation).
- Experience in healthcare, tech, or regulated industries preferred.
