Provides oversight for the Marketing operations for the Golf Business Unit including but not limited to; Social Media platforms, website, domestic and international business partners, cross-functional marketing campaigns and strategies, brand standards and team oversight.
Gathers and analyzes information through research to identify new markets and customer, demand for products and services and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns, strategies and pricing.
Liaise with all business partners to maximize marketing opportunities, building marketing campaigns with both domestic and international partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is required.
A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least three (3) to five (5) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience working with or within the hospitality, sports, or golf industry is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and event-based).
Demonstrated success in partnering with international and domestic business stakeholders to execute joint marketing initiatives.
Deep knowledge of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices including SEO/SOM, Google Analytics, CRM tools, email automation, and social media management platforms.
With Certifications (Google Ads or Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP), PMP, CAPM) is preferred but not required.
