Basic Information Location: 2/F, 6788 Ayala Avenue, Oledan Square, Makati City

Working hours / Job Type: Mondays - Fridays Official Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:00 pm (1hr lunch break) Flexitime can be applied from 7:30 am - 4pm / 8:00am to 4:30pm

Position Requirement: Assistant Manager / Marketing Manager - Reason for hiring is for additional manpower Reporting to Business Development Manager

Salary: From PHP 60,000 to P70,000 .Open to extending the budget to high-calibre candidates

Responsibilities:

PARTNERSHIPS / EVENT SPONSORSHIP

  • Develops and executes timely marketing campaigns for long-term growth.
  • Develops the project plan and milestones, setting up the project's pace and maintaining constant communication and updates to managers.
  • Manages marketing campaigns/event sponsorships from development to post-mortem. Liaise with all stakeholders, including internal and external teams, agencies, and partners to ensure that the campaigns are within the budget and timeframe.
  • Responsible for market research to identify market opportunities and gain a better understanding of customer needs, which includes studying industry reports, market data on websites, and gathering competitive intelligence to keep track of competitors activity.
  • Evaluates potential product opportunities and partner merchants
  • Develops promotion plans and runs financial analyses to back up the feasibility and profitability of the proposed promotions.

COMMUNICATIONS & BRANDING

  • Create and design visual assets: Develop graphics for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, and event collateral.
  • Coordinates with HQ/other JCB office for the management of the JCB Brand Website and JCB Special Offers Website whenever new promos are launched.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Maintain visual standards across all platforms and materials.
  • Produce illustrations and vector graphics: Craft original artwork and scalable designs for diverse applications.
  • Manage multiple projects: Deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines while balancing priorities.

OTHERS

  • Acts as the point person/serves as a liaison for the marketing teams of JCB's partner banks, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned or delegated by the immediate superior from time to time.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt designs to different formats and audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong time management, self-learner, and creative problem solver
  • Has a positive attitude, is assertive, and has excellent interpersonal skills. Optional:
  • Experience with other design tools (e.g., InDesign, After Effects) is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of marketing experience from the Philippine banking card industry (relevant experience from other industries can be considered)
  • Must possess a bachelor's degree - Must have experience in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Possess proven experience in planning, organizing, and managing event sponsorships.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital and print media.
