About The Job
The TA Marketing Senior Specialist promotes and strengthens Home Credit's talent acquisition strategy by planning and executing creative initiatives to market our employer brand, to attract, engage, and hire the best talent. This role will contribute by planning, developing and executing a strategic and targeted TA marketing and employer branding strategy across diverse sets of talent channels.
What You'll Do
- Partners with TA teams and hiring managers to plan, develop, and implement talent attraction strategies that address current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and other talent networks. Plan and host campus recruitment events, webinars, career fairs or similar activities to promote the organization's employee value propositions.
- Identify and leverage the most effective candidate sources.
- Monitor market trends and competitor practices to enhance the organization's talent attractiveness.
- Develop, review, and refine TA marketing and employer branding campaigns, ensuring consistency with communication strategies and alignment with the company's employer brand.
- Create and execute digital media campaigns, job ads, and manage online account platforms.
- Design and refine TA marketing content for external and internal platforms, promoting the employee value proposition and talent programs through engaging content.
- Promote internal talent programs (e.g., employee referral) to boost participation and engagement.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of TA marketing and employer branding campaigns, events, and partnerships, using data insights to inform future strategies.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
What You Need To Have
- At least 2 years of solid experience in Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, strategic sourcing, recruitment lifecycle and project management, in touch with latest market trends
- Experience in creating and managing online content (Sharepoint, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Experience and know-how in using content production tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite (PS, AI, LR, etc.)
- Experience in working with vendors, freelancers
- Experience in forming partnership with universities and organizations
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog)
