The Visual Display Manager will be tasked with designing innovative store displays to capture consumer interest and boost foot traffic. He/She will create display concepts and supervise their implementation in-store, aiming to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
The job includes:
Display Design & Execution:
• Develop and execute compelling visual display concepts that reflect the brand's identity and seasonal themes.
• Ensure displays are visually appealing, strategically placed, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of displays, ensuring that they are set up according to plan and promptly address any issues that arise. Coordinate with store staff and external vendors as needed.
Trend Awareness:
• Stay informed about current trends in retail visual merchandising and incorporate innovative ideas into store displays. Continuously seek inspiration and adapt strategies to keep displays fresh and relevant.
Performance Analysis:
• Monitor the effectiveness of visual displays in driving sales and foot traffic. Use sales data and customer feedback to assess performance and make improvements.
• Use visual merchandising techniques to guide customers through the store and highlight key products.
The job seeks:
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, retail management, or related field
• Proven experience as Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager for at least two (2) years
• Comprehensive portfolio or relevant visual design work
• Experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or other visual design tools
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports or survey results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
