Description

Position Purpose:

The Recruitment Sourcing Manager's primary function is to increase and produce significant applicant

flow to exceed operational needs. Working collaboratively with Operations, this position will understand

staffing needs and proactively find innovative methods of sourcing candidates. The position represents

Afni favorably in the community and is the caretaker of the Afni brand. The incumbent is familiar with a

variety of concepts, practices and procedures, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan

and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work is performed within

broadly defined areas of regulations and procedures and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors

or auditors.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of sourcing specialists, sourcing assistants, and phone screeners
  • Develops community contacts and sourcing verticals to ensure a continuous and steady flow of

candidates to meet operational openings

  • Possesses and maintains a steady book of sourcing channels to secure strong recruitment pool
  • Maintains a strong presence in the community with face to face contact with community leaders,

business owners, and Afni partners

  • Energizes internal and external sourcing sources
  • Driving campaigns that supply ample talent to fill job openings
  • Establishes and maintains contact with internal customers, Operations/Business Units Owners to

ensure hiring needs and concerns are addressed

  • Sources candidates with cultural fit and retention in mind
  • In conjunction with Recruitment Marketing Manager, understands social media and able to drive

successful campaigns

  • Assists with managing campaigns giving Afni excellent positioning in social media communities

and cyberspace

  • Ensures internal and external branding/marketing complies with company directives
  • Develops innovative solutions and implements the same
  • Provides Input to staffing forecasts
  • Plans daily, weekly and monthly activities to reach objectives and goals.
  • Assists Marketing with overall company branding

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • 2-3 years of Sourcing Experience in a BPO set up
  • Provide track record in successful sourcing strategies and initiatives
  • Knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools helpful
  • Strong understanding and skill in social media sourcing, management of communities, branding

techniques

  • Builds extraordinary relationships with internal and external customers
  • Makes sound decisions, often under pressure or within tight time constraints.
  • Excellent speaking, listening and written communication skill
  • Strong knowledge of the local community to understand demographics and targeted souring

areas.

  • Well-developed book of business for sourcing channels.
  • Presents well and builds effective relationships with candidates and co-workers
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Results Driven
  • Must be amenable to work in extended working hours.
  • This role should be willing to work in both sites.
