We are building a scalable, data driven marketing engine to generate high quality inbound leads for AI consulting engagements.

We are looking for a high ownership Marketing Manager who is equal parts content creator, systems operator, and performance optimizer.

This role owns day to day execution of the marketing funnel, ensures our message consistently reaches the right ICPs, and translates funnel data into business decisions.

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager executes and optimizes Automatic Leader's full marketing funnel, including content creation, social distribution, email nurture, paid and organic traffic, funnel analytics, and weekly reporting.

This role maintains the marketing engine we have built and ensures it runs predictably and efficiently.

Key Activities and Weekly Time Allocation

Content Creation Management. 35%

Write, edit, and design content across platforms

LinkedIn posts, newsletters, blog articles, client stories, case studies, webinars, videos

Own and maintain the content calendar

Themes, formats, ICP targeting, deadlines, and distribution

Repurpose pillar content into multiple formats

Coordinate with subject matter experts such as founders and consultants to synthesize insights into usable content

Ensure content aligns with defined use cases and ICPs

Sales enablement, AI readiness, operational automation

Funnel Campaign Management. 20%

Maintain and update Go High Level funnels, landing pages, and automated sequences

Launch campaigns across email, SMS, retargeting, and nurture flows

Maintain UTM tracking across all campaigns and ensure data integrity

Monitor conversion rates and drop offs and optimize copy, design, and follow up based on behavior

Ensure integrations between systems such as ScoreApp, Go High Level, and Google Sheets are working properly

Troubleshoot friction points in the funnel

Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization. 10%

Track and interpret key metrics

Impressions

Engagement and open rates

Click through rates

Traffic sources

UTM performance

Funnel stage conversions

Update weekly leadership dashboard

Identify trends and make recommendations

Execute optimizations across copy, CTAs, landing pages, and sequences

Social Media Distribution and Community Building. 15%

Manage company and founder LinkedIn presence

Draft posts

Create visuals

Maintain consistent posting cadence

Engage with ICP content to increase visibility

Execute outbound activity on LinkedIn that cannot be automated

Repurpose content for additional channels

YouTube, podcast clips, newsletter

Support webinar and podcast promotion and distribution

Research and test automation tools to accelerate connections and direct messaging where appropriate

Experimentation and Growth Initiatives. 20%

Run small, rapid cycle experiments and A B tests across

New lead magnets

Modified landing pages

Short form video

New channels such as YouTube or partnerships

Evaluate and evolve the marketing tool stack

Maintain a backlog of funnel experiments and implement them iteratively

No broken links, outdated pages, or stale nurture content

Smooth coordination across campaigns, launches, and content cycles

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience

Consulting, tech, or professional services preferred

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Hands on experience with Go High Level, Google Analytics 4, and design tools such as Canva or Figma

Strong analytical skills and comfort adjusting strategy based on data

Experience managing editorial calendars and multi-platform content execution

High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-moving startup or consulting environment

Ability to work USA PST or EST hours
