Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies for social media and performance marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
  • Lead the production of visual assets (images, short-form videos, motion graphics, ad creatives) that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to test, analyze, and refine creative assets based on results.
  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual branding.
  • Use analytics and campaign data to inform creative direction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inspire innovative content approaches.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members or freelancers on content execution and creative best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital content marketing, social media marketing, or performance creative production.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing content that drives measurable engagement and business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube).
  • Excellent visual and creative sense; proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
  • Data-informed mindset comfortable using analytics to evaluate creative performance and optimize content.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience managing freelancers or external creative partners.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content distribution best practices.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance measurement tools.
