Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to plan, create, and manage high-quality content that drives brand awareness, supports demand generation, and strengthens client engagement. You'll develop content across multiple platforms: including blogs, email campaigns, social media, thought leadership, and sales enablement asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Create and maintain content calendars, conduct audits and competitor research.
- Write and edit engaging content for blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Develop compelling copy for social media, ads, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Partner with designers and subject matter experts to produce visually appealing assets.
- Monitor content performance across platforms; apply SEO best practices.
- Use analytics to refine messaging and improve engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 4+ years in content marketing or editorial work, preferably for US companies.
- Proven experience writing for B2B audiences (SaaS, wellness, or HR sectors preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva (must have), CMS, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and generative AI for content planning (must have).
- Nice to have: Webinar/event experience, video marketing, Jira, and asset management tools.
