About the Role
The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Department Support Team and work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Europe based Head of Group Marketing to deliver aligned and effective marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving optimal business results. The Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate a range of marketing and communication projects from initiation through executionwhile ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and engaged.
The role is expected to grow over time, beginning with project management of specific campaigns and evolving into managing the execution of complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives with increased responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing the execution of tactical and regional marketing projects, campaigns, and events for the combined group, in consultation with the Europe based Head of Group Marketing and other stakeholders. This will involve end to end activities to support planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of activities that support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Managing project or campaign progress, ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and engagement with group stakeholders.
- Supporting and co-managing large-scale strategic, global, and integrated marketing campaign involving multiple channels and diverse stakeholders based throughout the group in multiple locations.
- Preparation of marketing assets and management of lists to support campaigns executed through the group marketing tool, HubSpot
- Administration and maintenance of marketing automation tools especially HubSpot and other products to ensure data quality of contacts and effective management of campaigns that support the overall marketing strategy and operations
- Identifying potential project issues or blockers and proactively addressing them with the Head of Department DST, Head of Group Marketing and other stakeholder engagement to plan adjustments and resolution.
- Supporting the development of integrated marketing campaigns targeting key customer segments.
- Co-ordinating between Regional Stakeholders / Head of Group Marketing and Manila based design specialists to ensure timely and quality execution of design assets to support all regional marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Identifying subject matter experts (SMEs) to proactively suggest ideas for content and coordinating their contributions to content assets used across campaigns in collaboration with the Manila based copy writers and design experts.
- Ensuring proper and consistent use of the AMCO (Group) brands across the organisation and providing guidance on brand-related initiatives and inquiries.
- Assisting regional stakeholders and the Head of Group Marketing in the organisation of internal and external events such as conferences, meetings, customer visits, sponsored events, and webinars.
- Contributing to the optimization of internal workflows, processes, and blueprints to improve efficiency and collaboration with other departments.
- Tracking marketing performance metrics and contributing to the monthly Marketing Performance Report to define improvements and feedback to stakeholders.
- Co-ordinating and Mentoring the Manila based DST team on marketing topics, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Acting as a trusted link between the Head of Group Marketing and the Manila-based DST team
- Supporting team well-being, organizing social activities, managing concerns, and acting as a secondary point of contact for the team next to the Head of Department Support Team
- Mentoring the Manila based Digital Marketing Specialist, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies, campaign and event objectives, workload balancing, and professional development, in partnership with the Head of Department DST and local HR business partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, events, or related roles, within amulti-channel or B2B environment.
- Experience developing, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, content creation workflows, and brand implementation for B2B companies
Skills
- Highly proficient hands on skills with marketing automation tools and systems, especially HubSpot (campaign management, workflows, analytics, automation, data quality and reporting).
- Proven project management skills with experience overseeing end-to-end marketing initiativesand collaboration with multiple stakeholders across local and International locations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions and
- geographical locations
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager to plan and execute paid for campaigns
- Proficient with InDesign
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of previously working with international stakeholders would be beneficial
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior marketing staff is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and handle complex projects effectively.
