We are seeking an experienced and strategicDigital Marketing Managerto lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms while managing a creative and marketing team. This role is intended for asenior-level marketing professional with strong leadership capabilities, proven digital marketing expertise, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will overseemultiple brand portfoliosand lead integrated marketing campaigns primarily targeting theNorth American market. This role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to manage people and creative resources, and the capacity to integrate marketing efforts across various digital channels to drive brand growth and engagement.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible forcontent strategy, social media marketing, website optimization, digital campaigns, and brand management, while collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the marketing and creative team, including Graphic Designers and other resources
- Manage and execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, content marketing, and other digital channels
- Oversee website optimization, including SEO best practices, content updates, and improvements in user experience
- Create clear marketing briefs and provide direction to designers and marketing team members
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of brands, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and visual identity across platforms
- Coordinate and support marketing initiatives focused on the North American region
- Plan, develop, and manage high-quality content, blogs, and digital campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide strategic insights and reporting
- Ensure effective use of marketing tools, resources, and team capacity to maximize results
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and emerging technologies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or related roles
- Proven experience in a senior or managerial marketing role with team leadership responsibilities
- Strong people management, leadership, and project management skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
- Experience managing multiple brands or marketing portfolios
- Solid understanding of SEO, digital campaigns, website optimization, and marketing analytics
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and manage cross-platform campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Ability to maximize available resources and drive team performance
JOB PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working with brands in Finance, Cannabis, Pawnshop, or other regulated industries
- Experience managing campaigns targeting the North American market
- Experience in integrated or multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
