Digital Marketing Manager (Email)

BGC | Hybrid: 2 days RTO per week

Nighshift Schedule

Role Summary:

Leads the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth. Ensures strong deliverability, proper email infrastructure, data privacy compliance, and alignment with revenue and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B email campaigns (cold outreach, nurture, re-engagement, ABM).
  • Optimize performance using KPI analysis, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain database quality, email deliverability, and SMTP/email infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL).
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales to support pipeline growth.
  • Lead and mentor the email marketing team, ensuring high-quality campaign execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in email marketing platforms (Ongage, Eloqua, Marketo, Act-On, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability, SMTP setup, authentication protocols, and sender reputation management.
  • Experience with landing page development (HTML/basic scripting) and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of lifecycle/nurture marketing.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in B2B email or digital marketing with proven campaign strategy and deliverability management experience.
