Role Purpose
The National Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and implementing trade marketing strategies that drive subscriber acquisition and brand visibility at the last mile. He/she will lead a team to ensure that Converge is the preferred fiber provider across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop national trade marketing strategy supporting sales channels and brand growth, across all Consumer segments: FiberX, Bida and S2S.
- Lead trade promotions, merchandising programs, competitive intelligence, and retail optimization.
- Standardize POS materials, branding guidelines, and trade activation playbooks nationwide.
- Collaborate with segment/product marketing for integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- Lead analytics on trade conversion, traffic generation, and field promotional ROI.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: At least 810 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Management, or Brand Activations. Experience in Telecommunications, FMCG, or Consumer Business is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing nationwide teams and large-scale project rollouts.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate sales data into trade marketing strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
