Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Outpost Specialty Concepts brands and projects.
  • Create and manage content for social media, digital platforms, and marketing collaterals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights that guide campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and activities that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks related to marketing operations.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Canva is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least one (1) year of experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Strong understanding of Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Creative with keen attention to detail
  • Amenable to work onsite in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City
  • Can start ASAP
