Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate role based in Cebu. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, supporting the sales team with marketing initiatives, executing marketing campaigns, and managing projects from inception to completion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote company solutions and engage partners is also key to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and collaboration skills for internal teams and partner engagement
• Proficiency in Market Research and gathering actionable business insights
• Experience or knowledge in Sales and customer relationship management
• Expertise in Marketing strategies, campaign design, and brand promotion
• Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and deadline management
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Open to Fresh Graduates
• Experience working in the IT Industry is a plus
• Willing to travel
