Your Role as Digital Marketing Associate

As a Digital Marketing Associate , you'll take ownership of our client's digital presencecrafting compelling content, launching and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring our brand remains engaging and relevant across platforms. From content calendars to campaign reporting, your work will directly impact recruitment marketing, promotions, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create engaging social posts, hiring campaigns, announcements, and promotional creatives
• Manage assigned social media accounts and execute the approved content calendar
• Introduce fresh creative concepts and update templates regularly
• Ensure consistent, on-time publishing across platforms

Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads)
• Monitor ad performance, analyze trends, and adjust targeting and budgets
• Improve campaign metrics such as CTR, reach, and conversions
• Ensure campaigns are launched within agreed timelines and budget parameters

Creative Innovation & Brand Presentation

• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines
• Introduce new content formats and engagement initiatives
• Maintain high creative approval rates with minimal revisions

Date Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze engagement metrics and ad results
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Provide actionable optimization recommendations based on data

Administrative Support

• Complete marketing-related documentation and coordination tasks

AI Readiness & Digital Enablement

• Use approved AI tools responsibly and in compliance with company policies
• Participate in required AI training and upskilling initiatives
• Identify automation and digital improvement opportunities within your scope

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• College graduate (BS Marketing or related field)
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and Meta Ads
• Experience interpreting ad performance data and audience targeting
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools
• Basic understanding of Meta advertising policies and digital compliance
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
