We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to manage client communication workflows and social media presence. Your goal is to transform an underutilised database into a consistent source of revenue through automated WIX campaigns, professional social media management, and timely lead engagement.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage automated email marketing campaigns and SMS sequences within WIX
- Design and maintain client pipelines within WIX CRM to capture and nurture leads
- Create and schedule consistent social media content to increase brand visibility
- Monitor and respond to direct messages and enquiries across social media platforms
- Develop newsletters and promotional communications that drive client retention
- Optimise automated workflows and marketing campaigns based on engagement metrics
- Support the business owner by managing all client-facing digital communications
- Align all marketing content and messaging with core business goals
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with WIX, including CRM, email marketing, and automation
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, sequencing)
- Experience creating visual and written content for social media (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling marketing copy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus if you have experience managing databases of 500+ contacts
- It helps if you are familiar with UK-based service business trends
