The Orhard has such amenities as: a half-sized Olympic pool, 12-lane bowling alley, 150-seater mini-theater, fitness center, indoor tennis, badminton courts, a basketball court, 5 theme restaurants, corporate function rooms and a 500-seater Grand Ballroom.

Role Description:

Under the direction of the General Manager & COO, the Marketing and F&B Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating marketing strategies and initiatives for the Club. The role oversees overall Marketing operations, including but not limited to market research, events management, sales management, food and beverage operations, customer service and satisfaction, brand management, and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant and progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Banquet Operations, Events Management, Brand Communications, Creative Marketing, or Business Development
• Strong presentation and above-average customer service skills
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing and/or public relations
• Proven leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in market research tools and techniques, with solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies
