WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Marketing & Community Lead to drive growth and engagement for a personal brand (60%) and two affiliated businesses (40%). This role is execution-focused and data-driven, working closely with the strategy and content team to translate insights into actionable improvements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Personal Brand (60%)
- Align with strategy and content teams
- Analyze performance across digital platforms
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations
- Optimize content based on data
- Support audience growth and engagement
- Assist with community management
2. Business Support (40%)
- Monitor website and LinkedIn performance
- Track engagement and campaign results
- Prepare regular reports
- Recommend improvements for visibility and consistency
ROLE NATURE:
- Primarily remote and output-based
- Structured workflow with existing team support
- Focus is on execution, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Requires confidentiality (NDA and non-compete for similar influencer/ service of personal brand)
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content performance analysis
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
- Experience handling multiple brands or accounts is a plus
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with a team
- Open to working in a hybrid setup (Makati-based once a week)
