This role requires discipline, consistency, attention to detail, and strict execution aligned with the company's marketing direction.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can properly execute content, maintain a strong and active online presence, and support the company's lead generation efforts through consistent, structured, and field-driven content creation.

This role answers one key question every day:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Social Media Manager is responsible for executing and maintaining the company's digital presence across all platforms—while also driving actual content creation from real project sites.

This role ensures that:

•⁠ ⁠Content is posted consistently and on schedule

•⁠ ⁠Platforms remain active, updated, and professional

•⁠ ⁠Branding and messaging are consistent and aligned

•⁠ ⁠Content reflects real company projects and actual work

•⁠ ⁠Inquiries are handled, acknowledged, and endorsed properly

•⁠ ⁠Field content is captured, conceptualized, and executed properly

⚠️ This is an execution + field-driven role that supports the overall marketing system.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ CONTENT EXECUTION & POSTING

Responsible for executing all content based on approved direction.

•⁠ ⁠Post content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Follow the approved content calendar strictly

•⁠ ⁠Ensure correct captions, hashtags, and formatting

•⁠ ⁠Upload project photos, updates, and company content

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency in posting schedule

⚠️ No missed posts. No inconsistency. No excuses.

2️⃣ CONTENT COORDINATION & FIELD CONTENT CREATION

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with:

• Digital Marketing Manager

• Architects / Designers

• Project Team

•⁠ ⁠Gather:

• Project photos

• Progress updates

• Before & after content

Field Work Requirement:

•⁠ ⁠Visit project sites when needed

•⁠ ⁠Capture actual on-site content (photos, videos, progress)

•⁠ ⁠Ensure real-time documentation of projects

Content Conceptualization:

•⁠ ⁠Conceptualize content ideas based on actual projects

•⁠ ⁠Create content angles (before/after, progress, highlights, details)

•⁠ ⁠Identify what content is worth posting and why

On-Site Branding Execution:

•⁠ ⁠Set up or guide basic branding during shoots

• Positioning

• Angles

• Visual composition

•⁠ ⁠Direct or execute photo/video capture on-site

•⁠ ⁠Ensure output is usable for posting and marketing

⚠️ Not just taga-post — dapat kaya mag-isip, maghanap, at gumawa ng content mismo.

⚠️ No generic, recycled, or irrelevant content.

3️⃣ PLATFORM MANAGEMENT

•⁠ ⁠Manage all social media platforms:

• Facebook

• Instagram

• (Others if applicable)

Ensure:

✔ Updated profiles

✔ Complete company information

✔ Professional presentation

•⁠ ⁠Monitor comments and messages actively

4️⃣ INQUIRY HANDLING

•⁠ ⁠Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

•⁠ ⁠Acknowledge all messages—no delays

•⁠ ⁠Collect initial client details when needed

•⁠ ⁠Endorse inquiries to:

• Digital Marketing Manager

• Sales / Project Team (as instructed)

⚠️ No inquiry should be ignored or left unattended.

5️⃣ BRAND CONSISTENCY

•⁠ ⁠Follow brand guidelines strictly

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent tone, visuals, and messaging

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all posts reflect company identity and standards

6️⃣ BASIC PERFORMANCE MONITORING

•⁠ ⁠Track:

• Engagement (likes, comments, shares)

• Reach and visibility

•⁠ ⁠Provide simple performance updates

⚠️ Supports tracking—but not responsible for full analytics strategy.

7️⃣ INTERNAL COORDINATION

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with:

• Digital Marketing Manager

• Project Team

• Design Team

Ensure:

✔ Content is accurate

✔ Posts reflect actual project status

✔ No misleading or outdated information

WORK DISCIPLINE EXPECTED

✔ Consistent

✔ Organized

✔ Detail-oriented

✔ Responsive

✔ Proactive in getting content

✔ Able to work both online and on-site

✔ Accountable for execution

⚠️ Inconsistent posting, passive behavior, and poor execution are not acceptable.

QUALIFICATIONS

•⁠ ⁠Graduate of Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Experience in social media management and content creation

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable going to project sites for content capture

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of photography/video (mobile or camera)

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms

•⁠ ⁠Strong written and verbal communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Organized and able to follow structured systems

REPORTING LINE

•⁠ ⁠Reports to Digital Marketing Manager / Management

•⁠ ⁠Coordinates with Design and Project Teams
