Job Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Planning
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaign priorities and business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media and content channels.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear communication plans, messaging, and content direction.
- Ensure alignment of messaging across all business units and platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned social media platforms.
- Oversee content publishing, scheduling, and optimization based on performance and timing.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to refine content strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media outputs.
Community Management
- Manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate concerns, complaints, or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams.
- Foster an engaging and positive online community aligned with brand voice.
- Track and report on audience sentiment and engagement trends.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Creatives for content production and asset requirements.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing for campaign amplification, paid media alignment, and performance tracking.
- Liaise with Casino, Mall, Hotel, and F&B teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate communication.
- Align with PR and Events teams for integrated campaign rollouts.
Quality & Brand Assurance
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and standards.
- Review and validate content before publishing.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all messaging.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track and analyze content and campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, response time, sentiment).
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on data and learnings
Qualification
Experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, or content marketing.
- Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, lifestyle, or retail is an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing brand pages and executing campaigns across digital platforms.
Skills
- Strong content planning and campaign execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Proficiency in content scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
