Mandarin Speaker - Assistant Finance Manager (BGC, Taguig City)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and career-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational foundation in Finance or Accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support the company's financial operations and management activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily finance and accounting operations.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and related documentation.
• Monitor financial transactions, expenses, and budget allocations.
• Assist in evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Perform other finance-related tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or any related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or related functions.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin, and English (both written and verbal).
