About the Role

We are looking for a Lead - Finance Business Partner to join the Global Business Services (GBS) team in Manila, supporting the Technology & Innovation (T&I) function.

The successful candidate will provide financial insights and business partnering support to help leaders make informed business decisions. This role will focus on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial oversight of transformation programs.

The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, SAP proficiency, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare and analyze financial and management reports.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and monthly expenses.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial trends and business performance.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.

• Work closely with cost center owners to ensure accurate financial plans.

• Monitor actual spending against budgets and forecasts.

• Identify potential budget overruns and recommend corrective actions.

Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

• Explain financial results, variances, and expenditure trends.

• Support financial planning and resource allocation decisions.

• Monitor the costs and benefits of business transformation programs.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and management reports.

• Reconcile management reports with financial data from SAP and BI on HANA.

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• CPA, CMA, or CA qualification.

• At least 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Experience in a similar finance business partnering role within a multinational company or global organization.

• Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business leaders on financial performance and cost management.

• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP is required.

• Experience with SAP BPC, BI on HANA, or HFM is an advantage.
