Job Description: Manager - Merchant Acquiring Development Officer Location: 2/F, 6788 Ayala Avenue, Oledan Square, Makati City

Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexitime options available from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Employment Type: Full-time, New Position (Additional Manpower)

Reporting To: Head of Acquiring Department - Vice President

Job Purpose

To drive card acceptance growth across key industries and strengthen the company's market presence through seamless execution and strategic initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

. Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison between the scheme and acquiring banks/payment providers.

. Merchant Acquisition: Drive nationwide acceptance growth by working closely with acquiring partners to onboard and activate merchants.

. Strategic Planning: Identify acceptance gaps by geography, industry, and merchant segment to develop and execute targeted action plans.

. Performance Tracking: Conduct regular business reviews with acquirers to track performance and align on business targets and onboarding pipelines.

. Usage & Branding: Develop and execute initiatives to increase card usage and merchant activity rates while ensuring strong in-store visibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 90,000 (Budget may be extended for high-caliber candidates)
