We are currently looking for a Partnerships Lead (Supervisor/Manager) to lead high-impact initiatives that drive company growth and operational efficiency. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution, fostering strategic partnerships, and collaborating with key departments to deliver results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and capable of navigating complex projects while working closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and lead special projects with cross-functional teams for successful execution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, leading negotiations and fostering partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments such as Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to achieve project goals
- Contribute to company growth strategies by identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Head of Special Projects, manage day-to-day program activities, and oversee key actions.
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Experience in business development, account management, or merchant partnerships is an advantage
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experienced in strategic planning and execution, particularly in driving growth and revenue through projects
- Industry awareness to understand market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Willing to work onsite (Marcos Highway, Antipolo Rizal)
