Job Description

We are currently looking for a Partnerships Lead (Supervisor/Manager) to lead high-impact initiatives that drive company growth and operational efficiency. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution, fostering strategic partnerships, and collaborating with key departments to deliver results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and capable of navigating complex projects while working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and lead special projects with cross-functional teams for successful execution
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, leading negotiations and fostering partnerships
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to company growth strategies by identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Head of Special Projects, manage day-to-day program activities, and oversee key actions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Experience in business development, account management, or merchant partnerships is an advantage
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experienced in strategic planning and execution, particularly in driving growth and revenue through projects
  • Industry awareness to understand market trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Willing to work onsite (Marcos Highway, Antipolo Rizal)
