Manager, Finance Service Delivery
This role will help shape our Finance Operating Model and drive excellence in financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional and high net worth finance teams to define and implement the Finance Operating Model, including accounting and financial reporting structures.
- Develop and maintain the Finance procedures manual for the new entity.
- Establish and execute processes and controls to meet SOX reporting requirements, including system implementation and user testing (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Concur, banking platforms).
- Oversee daily finance operations such as expense tracking, approvals, journal entries (including intercompany transactions), billing, payment processing, fixed asset management, reconciliations, and period-end reporting in line with Asia Finance timelines.
- Manage employee claims and payments, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
- Handle treasury matters and liaise with banks and Corporate Treasury as needed.
- Support procurement activities in collaboration with local procurement teams.
- Prepare timely, accurate, and comprehensive analysis of budgets, monthly/quarterly results, and forecasts to support management decisions.
- Ensure revenue and expenses are monitored and on track.
- Complete and submit regulatory reports, including audited financial statements and surveys for the Singapore Department of Statistics.
- Manage tax matters, including tax filing, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and Singapore GST-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests, projects, and initiatives from management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance operations, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and related controls.
- Hands-on experience with finance systems (SAP, Hyperion, Concur, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a multinational environment and familiarity with Singapore regulatory requirements is preferred.
