HR Operations Transition Manager (Project Based)

About The Job

The HR Operations Transition Manager will lead and coordinate the successful transition of employee lifecycle processes from SAP HCM to HC Connect (Darwinbox).

What You Will Do

Transition Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage the end-to-end transition roadmap for HR Ops processes from SAP to Darwinbox.

Employee Lifecycle Process Alignment

• Map current SAP-based employee lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits) to Darwinbox workflows.

Ticketing & Issue Resolution

• Define and implement ticketing workflows for HR Ops-related queries and system issues during and post-transition.

Data Integrity & Migration Support

• Support data cleansing, validation, and migration activities for employee records.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Ops during the transition.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Ensure all lifecycle processes in Darwinbox comply with internal policies and external regulations.

What You Should Have

• Proven experience in HR systems transition or implementation (SAP, Darwinbox, Workday, etc.)
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
