1. Senior Manager Collections & Resolutions
Overview
This role oversees the Collections & Resolutions activities for a regional portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, effective issue resolution, and continuous improvement within a shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the Collections & Resolutions team.
Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases.
Strengthen collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and regional partners.
Drive process improvements and support system or workflow enhancements.
Support month-end and year-end activities, controls, and audit requirements.
Work with transition teams for seamlessly migrating new tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 57 years relevant experience in SS/BPO or multinational setups.
At least 3 years in a people-leadership role.
ERP knowledge required; SAP preferred.
Advantage: Salesforce, Genesys, Lean Six Sigma.
2. Senior Manager Pricing, Commercial & Governance
Overview
This role leads the regional team responsible for pricing operations, commercial governance, and customer agreement management. The Senior Manager ensures controlled, accurate, and efficient pricing execution across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Pricing & Commercial Governance team.
Oversee pricing workflows, commercial controls, and agreement processes.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, IT, and Shared Services teams.
Implement operational enhancements, best practices, and automation initiatives.
Provide insights and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Serve as the primary contact for Internal Audit on pricing and governance matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related course.
57 years experience in multinational settings, ideally in Pricing or Commercial Operations.
Minimum 4 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred).
Strong operational insight and continuous improvement background.
3. Associate Director Order to Cash Operations
Overview
The Associate Director oversees a regional team managing full Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including collections, disputes, customer agreements, and master data. The role drives operational performance, process standardization, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead managers and teams across all OTC functions.
Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, internal controls, and audit guidelines.
Oversee standardization, process improvement, and change initiatives.
Strengthen partnerships with Commercial, Finance, and Shared Services teams.
Support transitions, migrations, and stabilization of regional OTC workstreams.
Drive documentation accuracy and operational governance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years experience in Finance, OTC, or Shared Services; multinational preferred.
57 years leadership experience, including managing managers.
SAP expertise required; strong MS Office skills.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
