What You´ll Do

  • Analyze India Planning changes in SAP, applying statistical methods to identify trends and perform root cause analysis with clear documentation
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor and evaluate planning performance and key trends
  • Present structured insights, findings, and dashboards to Transport Planning and LPO leadership teams
  • Support data-driven decision-making by translating analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while building strong communication and presentation skills
  • Gain hands-on experience through guided training, including shadowing, coaching sessions, and mock presentations

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, or any related courses
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends and insights ; Effective in presentations and cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Must have attention to details and critical thinking skills, and ability to collaborate effectively and work within a team environment
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
